Tips:
- It comes encrypted by default. Use latest TWRP (https://bit.ly/3CjT0Gh), it works fine
- If you prefer to go unciphered, flash Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt-A12.zip (https://bit.ly/3EqCkzC) just after the ROM, in a row
