• Fix hotspot can't be connected

Notes:
•When I using prebuilt vendor to
build roms, the gapps always have
login and syncing problems, I have
to switch to build vendor, so
SELinux is permissive.
•The GPU loading always a big
problem of all previous roms, I add
an ondemand governor which made by Nakixii in this build, it works
properly, but the frequency always
keep in a low level. If you want to increase it, there is a configure file
in /data/gpu_freq_table.conf, you
can just delete the line you
don'twant (root needed).
•There's no need tune the GPU
optimizer in settings
