- Synced with the latest LineageOS source code changes

• Device:
- Starting from this release:
- The LineageOS stock recovery can now automatically install OTA updates
whether your data is encrypted or not
- This applies to both remote OTA updates and local update files

- For existing users:
- [1] After doing a dirty flash to this release,
you must manually update the recovery
- [2] Please extract the recovery.img file from the zip package

- For both existing and new users, it is recommended going forward
to enable automatic recovery updates. This is because there is
currently no custom recovery available that is compatible with
Android 16 and above

- Update CarrierConfig from sweet_k6a OS1.0.3.0.THGMIXM
- Move uncrypt to vendor-specific SELinux rules
- Point OTA menu URL template to GitHub
- Enforce fs-verity
