Changelog:
• Fixes all the Bluetooth Issues + enabled hw offload
• Fixes System UI crash and Random reboots when audio devices are paired.
• Overall Performance improvements, Even smoother and snappier in day to day tasks.
• Added capability for the peripherals settings to be restored without the need of unlocking lockscreen between reboots.
• Users need to redo the toggles again for these to work.
